Exercise

Once upon a time there was a stupid idiot "almost" fainted while he was driving. Almost fainted as in black-out for a few secs n regain conscious.
The doc suggested him to rest @ home, cutting down all his social activities included yamcha.
So, knowing he couldnt resist of going out, he hav to find a way to get rid of his car so there's no way for "escaping" from home.
By ineluctable fate, there was something wrong with his car, therefore, he sent his car to the garage for major parts change n tuning.

Being so bored @ home, this stupid idiot had something in his mind. Realizing that he quit gym, he had been lacked of exercise for about half a year. So he planned for a daily jog around the new environment, the housing area surrounding his sis' house.

Procedure as below:-
1- Light stretching: 5 mins on head, arms, waist n legs
2- Push up/pumping: 5x, 5 sets
3- Jog: 15 mins @ a relaxing pace for starter n warm up
4- A run @ his top speed for as long as he could, back towards home

Equation as below:-
Forgotten that the doc asked him to rest more
+ forgotten to eat breakfast & brunch
+ quick dash for approx 1 min
= FAINT

Results as below:-
1- Fainted on the floor right after he step into his room n "slept" for 3 hours
2- Muscle cramp on several part of his body

Smart right??

Hey, that "idiot" is you right? You'd better take the doc's advise and eat right, rest right, things won't be funny more if you happen to faint and fall real hard, trust me :p

Haha, I fainted once and fell face down, then I stood up and fell again, hitting the back of my head, spent 2 days in the hospital with a weird bomb n monitor thingy hooked to my body, so so damn not fun :p

luckily I din fall so hard to the wooden floor.
now I know how to avoid getting myself strapped with a bomb n monitor :p
