Last week, I've received an email from a Sales dept colleague.
It was about a joke on how to get ur boss to increase ur salary.
In that moment, I was like "mayb I should try".
So, I started to read it . . . . . . . . it goes like this:-

One day an employee sends a letter to Her boss asking for an increase in her salary

Dear Bo$$

In thi$ life, we all need $ome thing mo$t de$perately. I think you $hould be under$tanding of the need$ of u$ worker$ who have given $o much $upport including $weat and $ervice to your company.

The next day, the employee recieved this letter of reply:

DEAR ISABELLE

I kNOw you have been working very hard. NOwadays, NOthing much has changed. You must have NOticed that our company is NOt doing NOticeably well as yet.

NOw the newspaper are saying the world`s leading ecoNOmists are NOt sure if the United States may go into aNOther recession. After the NOvember presidential elections things may turn bad.

I have NOthing more to add NOw. You kNOw what I mean.

of delayed Car maintenance

When comes to car maintenance, I'm always LATE.
Close friends do know that I'm a car freak n I do care a lot about cars, especially mine.
But somehow, whenever it's time for regular servicing, there must b something bothering me n kept me busy all the time.
N since I've joined a new company, I've got no time for my car's maintenance as I need to follow their regular working hours, just like every1 else unless I applied leave on purpose.
But now, I'm smarter. Instead of sending to the regular workshop that my friend owns, I'll just buy the "stuffs" n get things done @ the workshop located 1 street away from the office.

But this time, I went back to my friend's workshop for servicing my E54.
As I'm no longer a money "leaker", racing oils n over-rated engine oils r no longer on my list, namely Q8, Motul, etc.
Previously I've tried on Shell Helix Hx7 Semi-Synthetic 10W40, I'm totally satisfied with the product. I can feel the engine to b quieter n helps on reducing fuel consumption. N it's cheap in price of coz ;)

I was once a 'fast' person, but somehow as we grew older, we tend to go 'slower'.
But lately, I hav an intention to go faster n faster.
The reason I got slower might b caused by my car-kakis as they're all "kissing" queen's ass (at UK).
N the urge to go faster will most probably b influenced by Joshua Lim, 1 of my PIC (partner in crime). He's always the fast guy as he has a 'heavy right foot' when comes to driving.

So, with this urge of going faster, I've chosen a lubricant that's much suitable for the Ummph!!
After getting comments from several sources which included a fellow colleague from MIS dept, who drives an E54 as well, I've decided on Mobil 1 Fully-Synthetic 5W50.
I'm pretty afraid that the engine oil might evaporate in a short time. It's bcoz I've always chosen 10W40 oils for my car, 5W50 oils might b too thin for the engine as it "got used" to 10W oils.
Evaporate is 1 thing, the most important thing is, the price of the fucking oil is fucking double the previous fucking engine oil that I used!!!
I want no money to b flushed down the drain =.=
But after some times of hesitation, I've decided to stick to my initial plan, the Mobil 1 5W50 it is.

Mobil 1 was claimed to b the most advanced performance synthetic engine oil.

Well, as usual like other famous engine oils, Mobil 1 claims to contains active cleaning agents that prevent surges build-up, reduces fuel consumption, improve on performance n so on~
Besides, I've had the ATF drained n ATF filter replaced. Genuine Proton ATF were purchased directly from Proton Parts Centre n brought over for replacement.

After the oil change, I've felt the car to b slightly "lighter" as the engine could rev-up easier thanks to the thinner engine oil compound.
Driving as regular, the engine's RPM (revolutions per minute) will increase around 0.8K to 1K.
Which is turn, I need to lessen on the throttle to retain my casual driving speed.
N when the beast in me awakes n started to go fast, the response can b felt in a great degree as compared to the past.

So far so good, I'm fucking satisfied. Just hoping the fucking oil wont fucking evaporate =.=

Oh btw, I've got 2 pieces of GoodYear Eagle F1 bolted on the front wheels.
